- The grave system makes it quite hard to lose items nowadays, and also the the new system being implemented will make it impossible, therefore it's fair to assume it will continue crashing. That is life to get a RuneScape participant, you either buy the excellent items when they are worth heaps and love them (and end up losing money in the future ) or wait eons for them to wreck and buy them really cheap when they are no longer a novelty. Have a look at the Virtus wand + publication for instance, I paid well over 170M total for mine. Do you know how much they're worth now? Wand is not even 20M. I guess it helps having greater wands available today, but even before Seismic was released Virtus was already slowly but steadily crashing.
So I'm going to attempt to get to 120 slayer. Anyone have some guidance on which tasks I should block, what presets I should assign in my own bank, and anything I need to purchase as soon as possible?
I generally either use a Steel Titan on jobs, or even a Yak. Any advice on updates? Tasks I think I'm doing wrong: Dagannoths- Should I do DKS rather than going to the lighthouse? Is the Rush of Blood worth ? Morvran's special slayer job? VIP tickets? Thanks Beforehand.
Since I've been asked to weight in, I will provide you some advice. Get the following-Arma/pernix, chaotic cbows. Subj robes/virtus, chaotic employees or virtus wand/book. Bandos/torva and drygores or double chaotic rapiers. Vip slayer tickets (I used about 150 getting to 104m from 23m). 1k+ sacred overloads. Having t80 helps alot over t70, and t90 melee is an excellent investment.
Prefer-ganos-muspah-airuts-aviansies-cele dragons-elves. It is not worth extending jobs, bypass any jobs which are slow or have very substantial numbers (ie 115 iron dragons). Slay kril/dks in case you have boss task as them and/or need gp. Always try to have kree/kril or dks boss job to acquire bonus xp+reaper points. Have magic/range/slayer fast gear hinges ready, with melee/magic as 1 and 2 because you will use them most. Use ultimate abilities, they are worth it but watch hp utilizing berserk. Use bonecrusher whereever possible unless gp is an issue, spring wash all things mithril. Feel free to ask any questions to me in game.Another thing I do not enjoy is that the inclusion of"lodestones." Now, when you cast the Home spell, then you can choose which lodestone to respawn at. I spent a year building up my magical experience so that I can teleport to far away places. Now, a n00b teleport openly around RS with hardly any magic encounter. These lodestones let you teleport more places than high level teleport spells allow you to. That's a BIG imbalance, IMO!
Hello Ak, there's several different regions you can use your cannon and SOMETIMES you may make profit. 1. Fire Giants is a good place to cannon since they may drop Rune 2 Handers, Rune Scimitars and items in the Ring of Wealth dining table. Prerequisites are: The Waterfall Quest. 2. Dagganoth is also a fantastic place however these critters will likely destroy you since the Rock Crabs are demolishing you. However the requirements are: Horror from the Deep.
