Personally, I believe you'll be hard pressed to RuneScape gold spend less than 1m and more probable you will at least be spending 1.5-2m on the subsequent three levels. Summoning is among these bite your knuckles and don't think too much about prices. It is going to be worthwhile to find those levels, Yip, Tort and Bat are all useful familiars, but I just don't know of any super economical method that does not take a ridiculous number of prep time. Abyssal Lurkers (Which require farming abyssal creatures to abyssal charms) and Graahks/Kyatt's being the sole really profitable/sellable familiars I know of below 66.
I'm not searching for the very exp components, I am searching for pouches that will sell back, to help minimize my loss; I only have two mill in my bank, but desire 69 summoning, and that I DO plan on using as much charms as needed, even when I have to.I know most of those: Agility- Do the Barbarian class until level 52, then do the wilderness program. Food should be ~three agility level fostering pies with some carrot. Other option is fishing for flying sardines, salmon, and sturgeon. Thieving- I think that the thieve's guild is what is great, but I don't possess 70 thieving either, so I am not sure.
Slayer- Can Smoking Kills quest if you haven't already. Use either your highest or next highest levelled slayer master you can, but always the best every five tasks for more slayer points. Farming- Do farming runs about once an hour, however, try to get in at least a day, even when you only can get on for a quarter hour. Herbs are good money, others are for exp and not neccasary if you want to be extra frugal.
Woodcutting- Try to make use of a dragon axe as soon as possible. Cut teaks in the Tai Bwo Bwanna hardtree grove and burn them. You can change to mahogony whenever you want. Faster exp is ivies at level 68, because the maxed exp one hour in the hardgrove with level 99 wc and a dragon axe is 40k wc exp, but also 60k fm exp, while ivies below the exact same condition can attain 100k.
Ranged- Go to the Living Rock Caverns, and proceed south as far as you can from the entrance. There's a spot that's just one block wide, but it's two blocks long, so go in it. Two meelee living stones spawn within range out there, and therefore are too wide for to you. Use best ranged bonus with magic short and steel arrows. Bring some food for emergencies. Hunter- Trap swamp lizards until you can change to orange salamaders. Fletching- Cut your own maple logs and fletch them into longbows, I think you've unlocked those. String them afterwards and buy 2007 runescape gold sell to the ge.
